Blossom Hiers has been riding horses for three years and has always loved their therapeutic energy. Riding horses comes with a lot of hard work and commitment. A rider’s confidence is bound to be knocked at some point, and Blossom experienced a stressful situation at a competition. She currently rides a 13-year-old Off The Track Thoroughbred, Forty. I traveled to Paris in March 2023 for about 10 days as part of a foreign and cultural credit class. I interviewed Leo Personnaz, filmed, edited, and produced a video story about the cafe culture in France. I collaborated with my French professor to add the English subtitles and translations.
